Public Housing

Public Housing Manager: Lisa Kaye Price & Tracy Richardson

Our Developments

The Public Housing Program consists of 243 units in Geauga County.

GMHA units are non-smoking as of March 2018

GMHA is currently accepting applications for all Public Housing units.

GMHA has a Public Housing Family Self-Sufficiency program to assist families seeking new or better employment. Any GMHA Public Housing tenant is eligible to apply. Please call our FSS Coordinator, for more information

These properties are owned and operated by GMHA. They are leased out to qualified applicants at the top of the waiting list. Reaching the top of the waiting list does not necessarily determine your eligibility. All applicants must undergo criminal and credit background checks and complete a Full Application Meeting. This process assists in determining final eligibility for existing housing placement. All information must be kept up to date so applicants can be reached when their name is selected.
