These properties are owned and operated by GMHA.
They are leased out to qualified applicants at the top of the waiting list.
Reaching the top of the waiting list does not necessarily determine your eligibility.
All applicants must undergo criminal and credit background checks and complete a Full Application Meeting.
This process assists in determining final eligibility for existing housing placement.
All information must be kept up to date so applicants can be reached when their name is selected.
